Terms and Conditions

By attending our events you agree to:

• Follow rules set by the show venue, ticketing agencies and PWA, including general conduct, assigned seating areas and alcohol consumption.

• Follow all lawful and reasonable directions from event staff and security.

• Respect the rights, dignity and worth of fellow patrons, as well as PWA team members and staff working at events.

• Interact with fellow patrons in a safe and respectful manner in person, on social media and all other avenues of contact.

• Interact with performers and staff in a safe manner and respect their rights to privacy in person, on social media and all other places.

• Refrain from abuse, harassment or bullying in any form, as this will not be tolerated against fellow patrons, performers, staff or any other PWA team members.

• Correctly and appropriately pursue any grievances through the outlined procedure.  DO NOT approach any PWA Team Member or performer about the behaviour of their fellow staff.  Further to this, we STRONGLY encourage anyone who has experienced abuse or a crime to contact the Police.

• Use the provided grievance procedure to report anything against PWA’s values or any other issue or problem you have with our product or performers.
